Day-End Dough-Nation™ At the end of each day, Panera Bread donates all unsold bread and baked goods to local area hunger relief agencies and charities as part of its local Day-End Dough-Nation program.

Who qualifies?
Please note: This Day End Dough-Nation application only supports the Panera Bread cafes included on this list. To apply for the Day-End Dough-Nation program at all other Panera cafes, please visit www.panerabread.com/donations to submit an application.
- To participate in the Day-End Dough-Nation program, all organization need to:
- Be a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization or a tax-exempt church or school.
- Distribute the donations to only the ill, needy, or underprivileged infants/children.
- Pick-up and distribute the unsold items on a weekly and continuous basis throughout the year.
- Each organization is allowed to send a maximum of two (2) volunteers at a time to pick up the donations.
- Volunteers should arrive in the bakery-cafe 15 minutes before closing time (but please wait until we are officially closed and have time to package goods to receive the donation).
- If volunteers will be late, or cannot pick up the products, the Organization needs to call the bakery-cafe manager on duty to notify the manager of the situation. If the organization will be arriving more than 30 minutes after closing time (or morning), they may no longer be eligible for the product based on the manager's discretion.
