Austin Rovazzini
Senior Catering Sales Manager Austin joined the Manna team in 2014 as an Assistant Manager. After learning the operational side of the business he has been moved into a Regional Catering Sales Manager position, where he is now learning catering and business development. Austin attended Point Loma Nazarene University, where he played on the soccer team and earned his undergraduate degree in Managerial and Organizational Communications. Austin went on to study Theology at Whitworth University graduating in 2014 and returning to San Diego where he now resides with his new wife Hannah. Austin and Hannah both have a heart for helping people, and intend to work together to bring hope and love to the lives of others. |
Lori Parsons
Senior Catering Sales Manager - Colorado Lori has been with Panera Bread for 8 years. Her favorite part of being a Catering Sales Manager is growing our catering business by building relationships with clients within the various businesses and communities she serves. Lori graduated with a degree in Advertising and Mass Communication at the University of Colorado- Boulder. Go Buffs! She is a huge lover of animals (particularly dogs) and even rescued her own dog: Lady. When not working, Lori enjoys all the wonderful outdoor activities the beautiful state of Colorado offers including golf, snow skiing, volleyball & Hiking with my dog! She also enjoy painting and loves to travel. |
Tara Phillips
Senior Catering Sales Manager - Colorado Tara joined the Manna team in 2018 as a Senior Catering Sales Manager. Prior to that, she worked for two other Panera franchises over the past 14 years. During that time, she has helped out in many different roles including Catering Coordinator, Assistant Manager & various community relation roles. She grew up in Michigan and has also lived in Oregon and Florida before moving to Colorado—which she absolutely loves! She enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, gardening, star gazing and long walks with her two dogs. Her most favorite thing to do is spend time with her 3 kids and be an active role in their schools and sports programs. She helps coach her sons soccer team, is an active PTA member and room mom at the elementary school. Work and kids keep her on her toes but she enjoys keeping busy and wouldn’t have it any other way! |
Sari Hughes
Catering Sales Manager - Michigan/Indiana Sari joined Manna in 2013 as a Catering Coordinator and was promoted to a Regional Catering Manager in 2016. She holds a Bachelors degree in advertising and PR and enjoys building relationships within her community. She spent two years in the Peace Corps in Africa and worked with the Habitat for Humanity for one year. Sari loves to work alongside Panera to support her individuals clients needs. She was born in Michigan and her favorite recreational activity is Adventure Racing. When she is not working, you can find Sari spending time outdoors with her Husband. |
Stacy Curtin
Catering Sales Manager - San Diego Stacy joined the Manna Development team in 2012 as a Catering Sales Coordinator of our Vista bakery cafe. With previous sales experience in a non-related industry, she quickly fell in love with the exciting environment of Panera Bread and building relationships in the community through serving her guests. Now in the RCSM role, not only can she continue building relationships with our communities and guests but also enjoys supporting each Catering Sales Coordinator in their individual growth in their respective cafés. Stacy enjoys living near the beach, and on the weekends she can be found taking day trips in and around beautiful San Diego, with her husband Shea and dog Hobie. |
Kristina Pankowski
Catering Sales Manager - Los Angeles Kristina Pankowski began as a shift supervisor with Panera Bread in 2011, and quickly realized catering was where her heart is. After moving to the Catering Sales Coordinator position in our Glendale café, Kristina focused on sales building and training. In 2016 Kristina became the Regional Catering Sales Manager for Risen Bread and loves having the capacity to help each café grow in sales and build strong community relationships. Kristina is a New Jersey native and loves the beach, hiking and cooking. She loves exploring the outdoors with her dog, Sir Benjamin. |
Jenn Karcher
Senior Delivery Operations Manager Jenn has been with Panera Bread since 2002. She has served in many different capacities from associate to Training GM. More recently she moved into the Delivery Operations Manager role to expand Panera's guest service. She received by Bachelors degree in Political Science from GVSU and currently reside in Rockford, MI with her husband and our three children. She serves with her church as a Sunday school leader and is also involved with Hand2Hand as well as her children's school. Her family enjoys all things outdoors, from bugs and grubs to hitting the waves at the beach and you can find her at a soccer field most weekends. |
Carrie Anderson
Delivery Operations Manager - Oregon/WA Carrie joined Panera as an associate in 2014. After working her way up to an Assistant Manager position, Carrie became our Delivery Operations Manager in our Manna NW market. She is excited to further her career and learn the entire operations of Panera and Manna. Carrie lives in Vancouver, WA where she has lived her whole life. She bought her first house recently and has loved having her own space to make it her own. Carrie loves to travel and hates to fly. Her favorite place to go is Disneyland. |
Jennifer Stewart
Delivery Operations Manager - Colorado Jenn joined Panera in March of 2013. As Delivery Operations Manager she is responsible for the development of the delivery program in the Denver and Southern Colorado area. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband, two sons & two dogs. She also enjoys helping her community thru Ronald McDonald House Charites. |
Ashley Ronning
Catering Operations Manager Ashley has been an integral part of the Manna Development team since May of 2011. She started as a Catering Sales Coordinator and with hard work and dedication contributed to the growth of the company, as well as associate training. As a result of her positive attitude and leadership skills, she was promoted in 2015 to Catering Operations Manager. Ashley grew up in northern Minnesota before coming to San Diego to attend school at The Design Institute of San Diego. With her love for music, she was fortunate to spend the last nine years working for some of the largest names in the music industry as a Hospitality Coordinator at the House of Blues in San Diego. While working in a highly stressful and demanding environment it taught her the importance of great communication, time management, and problem solving which are fundamental in her current role today. During her free time Ashley enjoys hiking, traveling, reading and catching every Pearl Jam concert possible. |
Megan LaFountain
Catering Operations Manager - Michigan/Indiana Megan started as an associate in our Kalamazoo bakery cafe in 2001 and after a short Panera hiatus eventually took on the role of Catering Sales Coordinator in 2012. Megan has always demonstrated a dedication to the company and has been a positive and strong-willed example to her team members and guests. Megan is a native Michigander and grew up studying ballet for 15 years as well as studying historical garment research and design at Western Michigan University. Megan loves the seasons in Michigan and enjoys skiing, hiking, camping and traveling in the beautiful Midwest. |
