Senior Catering Sales Manager
Austin joined the Manna team in 2014 as an Assistant Manager. After learning the operational side of the business he has been moved into a Regional
Catering Sales Manager position, where he is now learning catering and business development.
Austin attended Point Loma Nazarene University, where he played on the soccer team and earned his undergraduate degree in Managerial and Organizational Communications. Austin went on to study Theology at Whitworth University graduating in 2014 and returning to San Diego where he now resides with his new wife Hannah.
Austin and Hannah both have a heart for helping people, and intend to work together to bring hope and love to the lives of others.
Catering Sales Manager - Michigan/Indiana
Sari joined Manna in 2013 as a Catering Coordinator and was promoted to a Regional Catering Manager in 2016.
She holds a Bachelors degree in advertising and PR and enjoys building relationships within her community. She spent two years in the Peace Corps in Africa and worked with the Habitat for Humanity for one year. Sari loves to work alongside Panera to support her individuals clients needs.
She was born in Michigan and her favorite recreational activity is Adventure Racing.
When she is not working, you can find Sari spending time outdoors with her Husband.
Senior Catering Sales Manager - Colorado
Tara joined the Manna team in 2018 as a Senior Catering Sales Manager. Prior to that, she worked for two other Panera franchises over the past 14 years. During that time, she has helped out in many different roles including Catering Coordinator, Assistant Manager & various community relation roles.
She grew up in Michigan and has also lived in Oregon and Florida before moving to Colorado—which she absolutely loves! She enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, gardening, star gazing and long walks with her two dogs.
Her most favorite thing to do is spend time with her 3 kids and be an active role in their schools and sports programs. She helps coach her sons soccer team, is an active PTA member and room mom at the elementary school. Work and kids keep her on her toes but she enjoys keeping busy and wouldn’t have it any other way!
Catering Sales Manager -
Stacy joined the Manna Development team in 2012 as a Catering Sales Coordinator of our Vista bakery cafe. With previous sales experience in a non-related industry, she quickly fell in love with the exciting environment of Panera Bread and building relationships in the community through serving her guests. Now in the RCSM role, not only can she continue building relationships with our communities and guests but also enjoys supporting each Catering Sales Coordinator in their individual growth in their respective cafés.
Stacy enjoys living near the beach, and on the weekends she can be found taking day trips in and around beautiful San Diego, with her husband Shea and dog Hobie.
Catering Sales Manager -
Kristina Pankowski began as a shift supervisor with Panera Bread in 2011, and quickly realized catering was where her heart is. After moving to the Catering Sales Coordinator position in our Glendale café, Kristina focused on sales building and training. In 2016 Kristina became the Regional Catering Sales Manager for Risen Bread and loves having the capacity to help each café grow in sales and build strong community relationships.
Kristina is a New Jersey native and loves the beach, hiking and cooking. She loves exploring the outdoors with her dog, Sir Benjamin.
Senior Delivery Operations Manager
Jenn has been with Panera Bread since 2002. She has served in many different capacities from associate to Training GM. More recently she moved into the Delivery Operations Manager role to expand Panera's guest service.
She received by Bachelors degree in Political Science from GVSU and currently reside in Rockford, MI with her husband and our three children. She serves with her church as a Sunday school leader and is also involved with Hand2Hand as well as her children's school.
Her family enjoys all things outdoors, from bugs and grubs to hitting the waves at the beach and you can find her at a soccer field most weekends.
Catering Operations Manager
Ashley started with Manna Development in 2011 at the Carmel Mountain Ranch cafe in San Diego as a Catering Coordinator. She has worn many hats at Panera from a Catering Operations Manager to Ambassador of Manna LA for Share the Dough and supported many departments from Training to Payroll. She loves being able to work with many different people from market to market while enjoying a hot cup of Hazelnut coffee to keep her going.
Prior to working with Manna, Ashley worked with Musicians and Touring Personnel (Roadies) as a Hospitality Coordinator at House of Blues, San Diego. Some of her favorite musicians she's worked with were Lady Gaga, B.B King and Chris Cornell. She has a passion of international travel, cultures, & music, while trying to catch as many Pearl Jam shows as she can. She loves spending time with her Fiancée Jacob and Yorkie Terrier Dog Bentley on her free time.
Meghan has been a Marketing Manager for Panera Bread since 2016. Throughout High School and College she worked in several bakery cafes as an Associate Trainer, Shift Supervisor and Catering Coordinator. Meghan attended Colorado State University in Fort Collins, CO and has a degree in Technical Journalism and Communications with a concentration in Public Relations. Upon graduation, Meghan worked in the marketing departments for two other restaurant concepts before ultimately coming back to Panera. Her favorite part of her job is building relationships within the cafes and communities.
She is a Colorado native and is passionate about animals including her four dogs. When she isn’t working she enjoys spending time with her husband and new son, Ryan, who they welcomed in September of 2020.
JJ has been a Marketing Manager for Panera Bread since 2014. He attended Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego where he completed his bachelors in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. JJ played on both the baseball and soccer teams while helping lead a Christian men's ministry, co-founding the Finance and Investment Club, and sitting on the Student-Athletic Advisory Committee. Throughout college and graduate school, JJ worked as an intern for Manna Development while also working as an Associate Trainer at our Solana Beach bakery-cafe. Prior to taking a role in the marketing department at Manna, JJ completed his Master’s in Business from Point Loma Nazarene University,
JJ is a San Diego native who loves to spend time with his wife Amanda, his dog @WesleyWoo, family & friends. Some of JJ's fun life goals include traveling to 6 continents, running a marathon and shooting even par in golf round.
